What You’ll Do

As a Member Services Representative, you will provide account information, open and close accounts for members, resolve issues, and professionally handle the members’ daily needs:

✔ Creating a welcoming environment and building strong member relationships
✔ Accurately process account maintenance with confidentiality and efficiency
✔ Assisting members with problem resolution and educating them on Altana’s products and services
✔ Promoting Altana’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values in every interaction

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking individuals who are detail-oriented, service-driven, and eager to grow within our organization. Our ideal candidate will have:
✔ Previous cash handling or teller experience (preferred but not required)
✔ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
✔ A working knowledge of computers and proficiency in ten-key data entry
