What You’ll Do 
As a Support Center Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members, providing friendly, efficient service while assisting with a variety of financial transactions. Your primary responsibilities will include: 
-          Answer incoming calls 
-          Assist members with transactions, account questions and card issues over the phone
-          Efficiently connect to members and appropriate staff
-          Become familiar with the Interactive Teller Machines
-          Must have high comfort level working in call center atmosphere
-          Be able to multitask and thrive in a team environment
 
What We’re Looking For 
We’re seeking individuals who are detail-oriented, service-driven, and eager to grow within our organization. Our ideal candidate will have: 
-          Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills 
-          Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-          A working knowledge of computers and technology
-          Working knowledge of Banking terms
